Yes, we offer complete turnkey solutions, from renovation and interior design to full furnishing and staging, so your unit is ready to impress from day one.
Q4: Which platforms will my property be listed on?
We list and manage your unit across all major short-term rental platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, and others. Our team ensures pricing and availability are fully synchronized for maximum exposure and minimal hassle.
Q5: How and when will I receive payouts?
Owners receive monthly payouts along with a detailed performance report. This includes occupancy rates, revenue breakdowns, guest ratings, and any operational highlights.
Q6: How are nightly rates determined?
We use a combination of dynamic pricing software and on-the-ground market expertise to set optimized rates. Our goal is to strike the right balance between occupancy and profit — maximizing your unit’s income every month.

Q8: What happens if a guest damages the property?
We manage the entire process — from guest communication to filing claims and arranging repairs. Where applicable, we also coordinate with Airbnb or other platforms for damage coverage and reimbursement through their host protection programs or insurance.
Q9: Do I need to manage anything myself?
Not at all. Our service is fully hands-free. We handle guest communication, cleaning schedules, maintenance coordination, and platform management, so you can enjoy the income without the stress.

Q11: How long does it take for my unit to go live?
For move-in-ready, fully furnished units, the setup typically takes 7–10 working days. If renovations or furnishing are required, the timeline will depend on the project scope and we’ll provide a clear schedule upfront.
Q12: Do you offer contracts or guaranteed returns?
We provide flexible property management agreements tailored to your needs. While we don’t offer fixed return guarantees, our track record speaks for itself and we provide full transparency with monthly performance reporting and historical data.
